Ein humanistisches Weltbild, das von gegenseitiger Wertschätzung, Toleranz und Offenheit geprägt ist, stellt die Grundlage unserer Arbeit dar. Zu den Menschen mit Behinderungen zählen Menschen, die langfristig körperliche, seelische, geistige oder Sinnesbeeinträchtigungen haben, welche sie in Wechselwirkung mit verschiedenen Barrieren an der vollen, wirksamen und gleichberechtigten Teilhabe an der Gesellschaft hindern können.
Basierend darauf, möchten wir Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen, durch professionelle Unterstützung und Assistenz, eine umfassende und uneingeschränkte Teilhabe am gemeinschaftlichen und gesellschaftlichen Leben ermöglichen. Unsere Ziele dabei sind, den Menschen auf einer partnerschaftlichen Ebene zu begegnen, ihnen mit Wertschätzung und der Akzeptanz individueller Lebenskonzepte entgegenzutreten und darin zu bestärken, ihre persönlichen Lebensziele zu erreichen.
Hierbei orientieren wir uns, unter Einbeziehung der persönlichen und gesellschaftlichen Ressourcen, an den jeweils unterschiedlichen Lebenssituationen und Bedürfnissen des einzelnen Menschen.
